Gulfstream G700
The client wanted a G700 in a specific cabin configuration, but factory slots were booked out until 2028. We found an open slot at the Montreal completion facility and renegotiated it directly, saving the client 2 months and $1.5M in the process.
48m new-build motor yacht
The shipyard quoted an 8-month delay on the steel-cutting date. We went directly to the yard's commercial director, restructured the payment schedule and pulled delivery forward by 5 months, saving an entire charter season.
Bombardier Global 7500
A pre-owned aircraft already had three other buyers circling it. We compressed pre-purchase inspection and paperwork into 11 days and closed the deal $900,000 under the original asking price.
42m Sanlorenzo, resale
The client's bank required an unusual dual-flag structure before releasing funds. We coordinated Cayman and Marshall Islands registration in parallel, cutting a process that normally takes 4 months down to 6 weeks.
Embraer Praetor 600
The client was paying for roughly 300 charter hours a year without realizing it. After modeling actual utilization, we moved them into a fractional ownership structure, saving an estimated $640,000 per year.
55m explorer yacht, new build
A supply-chain delay on the diesel-electric propulsion package threatened to push delivery back 14 months. We sourced a certified equivalent system from a secondary supplier and held the slip to just 3 months.
